30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Give UNCLOGIC a real try for 30 days. If it's not right for you, return it for a full refund of your purchase, including the original shipping you paid. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. To start a return, email return@eyecomfortcare.com with your order number. Once your return is on its way, reply with the tracking number — we'll issue your refund as soon as it's confirmed in transit.

1-Year Unconditional Warranty
Every UNCLOGIC mask parts is covered by a 1-year unconditional warranty. If any of your parts stops working within the first year, we'll replace it — no questions asked. To make a warranty claim, email warranty@eyecomfortcare.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If you bought from eyecomfortcare.com, you're automatically registered, just email warranty@eyecomfortcare.com with your order number, purchase date, which part is affected, and a short description (a photo helps). We'll send an invoice for replacement shipping, and once it's paid, we'll ship your replacement part. Each part ships separately. This warranty covers defective parts even from misuse, drops, or normal wear and tear within one year of purchase.
