Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may come later — if that's you, we'd still love to hear from you at support@eyecomfortcare.com.
Free shipping
Orders over $70 ship free. Most of our masks and kits qualify automatically — you'll see it applied at checkout.
Processing & delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email right away, and a tracking email once it ships. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
Subscriptions
Our 3-Month Auto-Ship plan includes free U.S. shipping on qualifying orders, so your routine restocks arrive with no added cost.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Subscribe & Save — Recurring Shipments
Eye Comfort Care offers Subscribe & Save options on eligible dry eye care products, including eye drops, eyelid cleansers, and supplements.
- Monthly Plan: Your selected products are automatically charged and shipped every month. Save 5% on every order.
- 3-Month Auto-Ship Plan: Your selected products are automatically charged and shipped every 3 months. Save 10% on every order.
- Processing Time: Recurring subscription orders are processed within 1–3 business days of your scheduled renewal date.
- Shipping Time: Standard delivery of 3–5 business days applies to all subscription shipments.
- Manage Your Subscription: You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal to take effect.
- Payment: Your card on file will be automatically charged on your renewal date. You will receive an email reminder before each charge.

5. Damages & Issues
Eye Comfort Care is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to have a perfect experience:

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
