UNCLOGIC Gen 2 Seaweed Sensitive Support
The following setup and information applies to the UNCLOGIC Gen 2 Seaweed Sensitive system. Do not apply these specifications to other UNCLOGIC models.
Setup & Connection — Seaweed Sensitive
1. How do I connect UNCLOGIC Seaweed Sensitive?
Connect everything in this order:
- Connect the FIR heating unit to the controller.
- Connect the controller to a compatible 5V/2A USB power source.
Always connect the heating unit to the controller before connecting power.
2. Why does the display briefly show “88”?
“88” is the controller’s startup display. It indicates that the controller has received power. It should then change to the operating display.
Temperature & Timer Settings — Seaweed Sensitive
3. What temperature settings are available?
The Seaweed Sensitive system has five temperature settings: 38°C, 40°C, 42°C, 45°C, and 48°C. Begin at the lowest setting and increase gradually only if needed for comfort. Higher heat is not automatically better. Stop immediately if any setting feels excessively hot. The warmth reaching the eyelids may vary with the cover, fit, inserts, room conditions, and individual sensitivity.
4. What timer settings are available?
The Seaweed Sensitive controller provides five timer settings: 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 minutes. These are available settings—not a recommendation that every customer use the longest session. Choose a comfortable session length and ask your eye-care professional for individualized guidance.
5. What does the NTC temperature sensor do?
The Seaweed Sensitive controller uses a smart NTC temperature sensor to monitor temperature and help regulate heat output.
Safety & Comfort — Seaweed Sensitive
6. Can I sleep while using the powered mask?
No. Remain awake throughout every powered warming session. Disconnect the mask from power after use.
7. When should I stop using the mask?
Stop immediately for: excessive heat, burning or pain, persistent redness or skin irritation, dizziness, a new or continuing change in vision, or an unusual smell or abnormal heat from the controller or cable. Remove the mask, disconnect power, and allow it to cool. Seek prompt professional care for sudden or significant vision changes, severe pain, injury, or suspected infection.
8. What should I inspect before each use?
Check the heating unit, controller, cable, and connectors. Do not use a component that is wet, damaged or frayed, sharply folded or creased, loose at the connector, or producing unusual or concentrated heat.
9. Does UNCLOGIC Seaweed Sensitive replace prescribed eye care?
No. UNCLOGIC is an eye-comfort system and does not replace prescribed medication, professional diagnosis, or your eye-care professional’s instructions.
Cooling Comfort — Seaweed Sensitive
10. Can the Seaweed Sensitive be used without the heating unit for cooling?
Yes. Disconnect power and completely remove the FIR heating unit and every electrical component before cooling use. The Seaweed Sensitive system includes rose-quartz and optional compatible cooling-gel components for non-powered cooling comfort.
After Warming — Seaweed Sensitive
11. What should I do after removing the mask?
Make several slow, complete blinks. Close your eyelids gently without squeezing.
12. Should I massage or press my eyelids after warming?
No. Do not rub, press, squeeze, or massage your eyelids after warming. Eye Comfort Care teaches gentle, complete blinking instead.
UNCLOGIC Gen 2 Velvety Plush Support
The UNCLOGIC Gen 2 Velvety Plush has three warmth levels. Because controls and care instructions differ by model, do not use the Seaweed Sensitive instructions for Velvety Plush. For model-specific setup and care assistance, contact Eye Comfort Care at service@eyecomfortcare.com or (888) 781-2811.
C1020 Power Bank & Charging
The Eye Comfort Care C1020 is a rechargeable 10,000mAh portable power bank for compatible UNCLOGIC heated eye-mask systems. It provides a convenient portable power source when you do not want to remain connected to a wall outlet.
The C1020 includes a USB-A–to–USB-C charging cable. Its ports include a USB-C input/output, USB-A output, and Lightning input.
How to Charge the C1020
- Insert the included cable’s USB-C end into the middle USB-C port on the power bank.
- Insert the USB-A end into the Eye Comfort Care-approved 5V DC/2A wall adapter, maximum 10W.
- Plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
- Confirm that the battery-percentage display illuminates.
Wall-adapter inclusion depends on the Eye Comfort Care kit configuration.
C1020 FAQ
Does a wall adapter come with the C1020?
Wall-adapter inclusion depends on your Eye Comfort Care kit configuration. The UNCLOGIC Gen 2 Core kit includes the approved 5V/2A wall adapter but no power bank. The UNCLOGIC Gen 2 Travel and Complete kits include the C1020 power bank but no wall adapter. A separately purchased C1020 includes the power bank and USB-A–to–USB-C charging cable only.
Which wall adapter is approved for the C1020?
Use a 5V DC/2A wall adapter, maximum 10W. Do not use a higher-wattage adapter than approved.
Controllers, Adapters & Cables
Controller startup behavior, display indicators, temperature controls, timer controls, connection order, and troubleshooting depend on the specific UNCLOGIC model and controller. Confirm your model before following controller instructions.

Product Choice
Is UNCLOGIC the same as Original UNclog®?
No. UNCLOGIC is Eye Comfort Care’s modular warming and cooling system. Available features, warmth settings, timers, covers, controllers, and care instructions depend on the specific UNCLOGIC model. Original UNclog® is the heritage Proven Standard for straightforward, integrated plug-in warmth.
