Overview
UNCLOGIC™ Gen 2 Velvety Plush is a reusable, electrically powered heated eye mask from Eye Comfort Care. It uses a graphene-based heating element to provide controlled warmth across three temperature settings, with five adjustable session timers.
This is the Gen 2 Velvety Plush edition — designed for customers who prefer a soft polyester plush cover during warm-compress sessions. It is a distinct product from the UNCLOGIC™ Gen 2 Seaweed Sensitive Heated Eye Mask, which uses the UNCLOGIC™ Gen 2 Seaweed Sensitive cover and offers a wider five-level temperature range beginning at 38°C.
UNCLOGIC™ Gen 2 Velvety Plush is made by Eye Comfort Care and is part of the UNCLOGIC™ product family.
Why Velvety Plush
The Velvety Plush edition features a synthetic polyester plush cover — a soft fabric that sits against the eyelids during use.
- Reusable and washable
- Part of the UNCLOGIC™ Gen 2 product family
- Suitable for customers who prefer the feel of soft plush fabric during warm-compress sessions
Graphene Heating and Far-Infrared (FIR) Energy
UNCLOGIC™ Gen 2 Velvety Plush uses a graphene-based heating element to provide controlled warmth. The heating element emits far-infrared (FIR) energy during heating.
Graphene is the heating material used in UNCLOGIC™ Gen 2. Far-infrared (FIR) energy is emitted by the graphene element as part of the heating process. FIR is a form of electromagnetic radiation in the thermal spectrum.
Eye Comfort Care does not claim that graphene heating or FIR emission treats, cures, or reverses any medical condition. Any questions about suitability for a specific eye condition should be directed to a qualified eye care provider.

Important Safety Guidelines
For every powered warming session:
- Stay awake during use. Never sleep while the mask is connected to power.
- Start with the lowest temperature setting. Increase gradually only if needed for comfort.
- Stop use immediately if you experience excessive heat, burning, pain, dizziness, or any change in vision.
- Inspect before each use. Do not use damaged, wet, frayed, loose, or otherwise compromised electrical components.
- Continue your eye doctor's care. UNCLOGIC™ does not replace care or treatment prescribed by your eye care professional.
Please read the complete product instructions and safety information included with your mask before first use. Additional guidance is available at UNCLOGIC™ Owner Support.
Before Each Use
- Inspect the heating unit, controller, cable, and connectors.
- Do not use any component that is wet, damaged, frayed, sharply folded or creased, loose at the connector, or producing unusual or concentrated heat.
- Confirm all connectors are fully inserted before powering on.
Cleaning the Removable Cover
Only the completely empty removable cover may be machine washed.
Before washing, remove:
- FIR heating unit
- Controller and cable
- Every other removable component
Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle. A mesh laundry bag is recommended. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Reshape the cover and allow it to air-dry completely before reassembly.
Cleaning Electrical Components
- Wipe the heating unit and controller with a dry or very lightly damp cloth only.
- Never wash, soak, submerge, or machine wash the heating unit, controller, connectors, cable, or power source.
- Do not reconnect or power the mask until the cover and all components are completely dry.
Optional Moist Warmth
For customers who prefer moist warmth:
- Lightly mist only the outside of the removable cover.
- The cover may feel slightly damp but must never be wet, dripping, soaked, or saturated.
- Never spray the assembled mask, heating unit, or controller.
- Keep moisture away from connectors, cables, controller, and power source.
- Stop use immediately if moisture reaches any electrical component.
Cooling Use
Cooling use requires removal of the electrical system.
- Disconnect power.
- Completely remove the FIR heating unit and all electrical components before cooling use.
- Refrigerate the gel insert — do not freeze it.
- Never use an insert that is frozen solid, damaged, leaking, or uncomfortably cold.
- Position the rose-quartz insert closest to the eyes, with the gel insert behind it.
Storage
Store fully dry in a clean, dry location away from moisture. Store cables and connectors without kinks, sharp bends, or crushing.
